Bought a toilet float that did not have a seal under the cap. Customer service didnt believe me.

Over the last 5 years Ive purchased 6-7 of these valves. 3 were bad.

This was the worst.

My husband, 75, has never fixed anything. However, to save money he bought a Fluid Master Fill Valve. After he finished, no cursing needed, he told me they were the best instructions he ever used, and was totally pleased with Fluid Master and himself.

Stem broke that hold Flush seal

I'm complaining about the Toiled Flush Valve Kit 540AK , the adjustable tower does not stop water from leaking in-between the 2 sections so when you raise the outer tower to allow a higher water level you get Ghost flushing's due to water leaking past the towers.

To fix it you have to put a sealer so no water can take that path.

Why not have a twist seal between towers so you can pull up to desired level, twist the outer tower to seal any water bypassing between them ?

This is what I had to do to fix my issue with this kit. .

I replaced a FM 400A because water was leaking past the valve. I bought a new 400A and the amount of water bypassing the valve is significantly more. I checked online and this has been an issue since 2013.

400CR kit. When attaching the flapper valve to the filler tube the plastic broke off. The portion of the flapper valve is of poor quality.

Toilet will not flush completely, does the valve and/or flapper need to be replaced?

I have had your fuildmaster dual flush system for 1 year. First three months it worked.

Second three months developed a leak and had to reapply the putty seal. 90 days later same problem, called costumer service they told me that it was a leak in my toilet, not helpful at all, bought another seal reapply. 1year later, same problem very unhappy with product and it has cost me at least $200 in parts and water. This is how I fixed it.

I kept the flushing handle on, took apart flushing valve and reused the little white plunger connector and attached it to my old rubber seal. then used the leftover putty as a counter weight. Problem solved.

I used half of the parts same effect. I would like compensated for my losses and since I'm sending photos, I want to be compensated for my redesign.

The valve float would not drop thus no flush, cleaned valve as cite and still failed. Purchased new unit and installed today and seems to be working properly.

Pleas advise as to why this valve failed. Should I return it to you for inspection?

Bought 3 pack first one failed after 6 months thought cool I have 2 more I will just replace it. 2nd one failed less than 24 hours later.

Kids said they heard water running the new Valve is leaking through. Junk.

We just replaced the whole old kit with the fluid master (which is all I can find in stores) it’s the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever seen !!!! Every time I buy one it barely last 2 months, the last was hasn’t worked properly at all since installed. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS JUNK AGAIN
